Apple iPhone with 3G is the most revolutionary and exclusive model of Apple. In the race of smart phones, it leads all the other model s in the world market. There was a huge technological gap between Apple iPhone and other models. By introducing more models, the other competitors have come closer to Apple products but have still not overtaken iPhone, which has essentially defined the future of mobile phones.

The new revolutionary model Apple iPhone3GS stands first in the competition. They have specified the letter ‘S’ with the word 3G to indicate the speed performance of the phone. When you glance over the reviews of iPhone users, Apple 3GS will be the top choice among smartphones.

Design and features:
Apple iPhone 3GS is designed as a Candy bar. Enhanced speed is the central attraction of this model. Applications and network connectivity will run faster and smoother. As it has prominent on-board memory, the multitasking feature will be performed extremely well. In previous models, Apple was using 2.0 mp cameras. But in 3Gs, 3.0 MP cameras are used. Apple has introduced document editing feature in this model. Most of the other Smartphone devices will lack in document editing feature. The ‘Cut, Copy and Paste‘ feature is included in this device and which can be impressively done with the help landscape virtual keyboard. Stereo Bluetooth facility is also present in iPhone 3GS. Voice recorder, GPS functionality and tethering capability are the added feature in 3Gs which were absent in previous models.

Specifications:
Apple 3GS consists of 3.5 wide touch screen with 480 x 320 display resolution. It has a good on board memory of 32 GB. It uses OS X operating system. It has 3G facility, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. It has no physical keyboard and is equipped with 3.0 mega pixel digital camera with video recorder facility.

The Good:
An attractive feature of 3GS is the on-board memory of the device. It provides 32 GB while the prvious iPhone models provide only 16GB or less on-board memory. The iPhone supports millions of apps developed by programmers around the world. These apps make the iPhone one of the best touch screen phones in 2010, supporting various multimedia services.

The Bad:
For the heavy users, the battery life may not be enough. Users have to carry a backup batter with them when they go for long trips.

The mobile market has never had it as good. The world is today flooded with demands for 3G capable mobile phones and the entire 3G spectrum will soon be lapped up by cell service providers. It suffices to say that the 3G business is probably the fastest growing sector of the telecommunications industry. The unmatched features of 3G applications have ushered in a new era of mobile communication, as has been the forte of this sector ever since the first cell phone found its way into human hands. Across the vast web of the online marketplace, <a href="http://threegphoneguide.com/finding-3g-deals/"title="" >3G deals and sales queuing up in droves to attract customers.

Reviews of different phones and services in various countries are freely available. Thus, the huge amount of data overload is simply overwhelming for the novice or first time 3G user. Even old users would find it difficult to get the best 3G deals amongst the hundreds out there.

The user initially needs to decide what capabilities the 3G phone should have. This should necessarily include after sales service with warranties and service centers located within the city. Battery life and recharge time is also important to consider, with the emphasis being on more talk time available rather than just total battery available time being mentioned.

Other features with inter-program transfer facilities, software upgrades, camera resolution and memory storage also need to be decided. Generally, a phone with about 6 – 8 GB of internal memory is adequate for most users. Once the requirements are in place, the user should first search for sales and deals available within the state or country and compare those with the best deals available in the user’s city. This is to ensure the user is not getting ripped off when finalizing what seems to be a ‘Perfect Deal’, only to find a better deal somewhere else.

Next is the step of finalizing the instrument or the actual mobile phone. A search or comparison review of the best 3G phones available is required which can be found on many websites. Here the user needs to finalize the projected budget according to the type of phone with the required features.

There are a host of fine mobile phones available which include the Apple iPhone 3G, the Samsung Omnia 900, Nokia N96, Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 amongst others. Once the instrument is finalized, the user needs to fit the 3G phone to a contract deal or mobile service plan in tandem with the mobile service providers of the state or country which actually provide 3G services. A short review of the service providers is also helpful as this can highlight the pro and cons of each service. The best 3G deal would thus inevitably be a mix of the phone and service cost with a monthly or annual plan which best suits the user’s overall budget.

Generally, product reviews as well as word of mouth reviews from friends and family is the best source of information. With the myriad 3G plans available, it is imperative to choose one which suits the user’s needs and avoids wastage of bandwidth by leaving out spurious options. The user should carefully choose the service to avoid spam calls or messages.

3G is the precursor for 4G technology which is just around the corner. The tech-savvy mobile customer today has wide options of choosing the best 3G deals available and tailoring a specific plan based on individual needs. It’s a win-win situation for everybody out there.

I bought the new iPhone 3G right when it came out over a year ago. I have to say, it is the best phone I have ever had, and it is still the best out there. There have been a ton of new smart phones to hit the market after iPhone, like the Blackberry and others, but the iPhone 3G is clearly on top. This <a href="http://threegphoneguide.com/"title="" >three G phone can do it all. I will start with the one con of the phone, and that is that you are stuck into the AT&T contract, and it is very expensive.

That being said, the rest is all positive. This phone has everything a technologically sound person would want. The phone has Safari, Apple’s browser pre-loaded on it and works off of the 3G network. If you are in a wireless zone, you can connect to Wi-Fi for even faster speeds. I use 3G a lot of the time as I am traveling often, and the 3G is not that slow at all. The web browsing is great, and with the new addition on the latest update of cut, copy, and paste, links are a cinch with this phone.

Moving onto the phone aspect, I get great reception in most areas, with the exception of wooded areas and distant towns, and then I get awful reception. Since I am rarely in those bad areas, it is a great phone. The sound is perfect, and the phone gives you many in call options while you are on the phone. I can even browse my phone as I am on the phone.

I for one like listening to my iPod, and you can receive calls through your headphones and then if you have a microphone on your headphones, you can use that to talk clearly. The text messaging system on the phone is great, saving conversations for over a year, no matter the amount of texts! You can store tons of contacts and enter tons of different info like address. The map on it works like a charm. It saves you money because you don’t need to buy a GPS for your car, you can just use the phone. Of course, the thing that puts it on top are the apps. Look around for a top iphone resource and you’ll find there are a ton of amazing free and paid apps that really put the iPhone over the top.

If you’re in the market for a three G phone, take a look at the iPhone 3G from Apple. On the surface, the Apple iPhone 3G model appears to look exactly like the original iPhone. It is certainly very difficult to tell them apart physically, but there are subtle external differences and significant internal differences that consumers should be aware of.

Gadget lovers have the choice of two colors – black and white. The black model comes in 8 GB and 16 GB versions. The white model only comes in the 16 GB variety. Unlike previous models, this iPhone’s body is made of glossy plastic rather than aluminum. I found this change disappointing, but I can understand its necessity considering all of the wireless activity that may be brewing within the 3G’s innards.

Not much has changed with the iPhone’s 3.5-inch touchscreen, but that is probably a good thing. The screen is still bright and beautiful, and the touchscreen is as responsive as previous models. This time around, Apple decided not to include a dock with the phone. This is unforgivable considering the old dock is not compatible with the 3G. The virtual keyboard, though it takes getting used to, remains unchanged.

Unlike previous models, the iPhone 3G does not have a recessed headphone jack, as this was an annoyance voiced by users since the iPhone release. Another positive trait regarding audio capabilities is the fact that the speaker is a few decibels louder than before.

Under the hood the iPhone really excels. For a 3G phone, the iPhone zips along with data transfers. Web browsing and downloading speeds as fast as 800 Kbps were observed during informal testing. The iPhone 3G is an AGPS device, and as such, this really increases performance during position acquisition. In these aspects, the phone shows its dominance among other 3G phones.

The iPhone 3G is not without flaws, however. It would be nice have a user replaceable battery and a slot for some expandable memory. Another missing feature is tethering. It would be ideal to harness the power of 3G networks for some laptop duties.

Apple still appears to lead the race in regards to smartphones, but the competition is not far behind. If you want the best 3G phone, you can’t go wrong with the iPhone 3G.
